Presenter Information: All primary authors of submissions were notified via e-mail of proposal status (acceptance or rejection) on December 4, 2017. All accepted presenters (primary and co-authors) should have registered online by January 5, 2018 as their confirmation to present. Please note that if multiple authors are involved in an accepted proposal, co-authors who are attending the Conference must also register. It is the primary authors’ responsibility to share this information.
