**All primary authors of proposals were notified via e-mail of proposal status (acceptance or rejection) on December 4, 2017. (Presenter rates are the same as attendees and presenters must be NAfME members.) Please note that if multiple authors are involved in an accepted proposal, co-authors who are attending the Conference must also register under the presenter section. It is the primary authors’ responsibility to share this information. The deadline for all accepted presenters (primary and co-authors) was extended to January 5, 2018, as confirmation of presenting.

Guest registration is available at an additional $50 per guest at the time of registration. It is limited to two guests for each registered conference attendee and includes access to Thursday’s Plenary Session and Welcome Reception plus the three Poster Sessions. Guests must be non-music educators.
